Counselling sessions

In the introduction to the first session I will explain what you can expect from counselling with me. The rest of the session is then available for you. This can help you decide whether I am someone you feel you can work with.

There is no pressure, I have no expectations and I have no agenda - it is about you feeling comfortable and safe.

Sessions are an hour and can be arranged for daytime or evening. There is no fixed number of counselling sessions – everybody's needs are different. Some clients only require a few sessions, others may need more. We will review your progress and the need for further sessions on a regular basis.
